The Company has also entered into Manufacturing Agreement with Mattel Toys (India) Ltd., wholly owned subsidiary of Mattel Inc., USA, to manufacture moulded toys, especially parts of Barbie Dolls, Hot Wheels Cars and Fisher Price Toys.
