| 1959 was a memorable year. It saw the genesis of TEXSPARES MACHINE WORKS - a star was born on the horizon of textile based machinery manufacturers.
Starting out with a Precision Cone Winding Machine for rayon and acetate yarn the next step was the introduction of Jumbo Pineapple Cone Winding machine for metallic, nylon and polyester yarn. The same earnestness won us the appreciations of sewing thread manufacturers for 2, 3, 4 and 5 tubes per spindle winder and Twin coner, King Spool (Y Cone) Winders in single, twin and three per spindle also. These are manufactured by UMARGAM TEXTILE MACHINEY PVT. LTD., at Umargam (Gujarat) since 1991.
Plasma Spray Processors (ISO 9001-2000) is also one of the branch of Texspares Machine Works but quite in different field of hard surface coating against wear – corrosion – erosion, since 1984. They are also the pioneers in this field in India.
