Benfotiamine, a lipid-soluble form of vitamin B1, Benfotiamine was used to treat alcoholic neuropathy, sciatica and other painful nerve conditions. Recent study shows that benfotiamine can also block damage by hyperglycemia. It can prevent diabetic side effects and diabetic complications. Benfotiamine has been proven toe prevent and end the ravages of diabetic neuropathy.
