Description

"C" Type -Crankshaft, drive shaft and eccentric ratchet run in heavyduty gun metal bushes, ensuring smooth running and less wear and tear . .Crankshaft is made of EN-9 Steel (One piece) duly case hardned & ground .Adjustable stroke facility to suit the dies of different heights. .Screw jacks are provided for easy inclining of the presses enabling gravity removal of finished products .Rugged slides are scrapped to the maximum accuracy for smooth sliding .Hand operated oil pump is provided on 25 Tons and above for effective lubrication to all the necessary parts . .Accuracy is checked as per BIS Specification. In Pillar : C.I. Frames are caste from close grain graded cast iron , sufficiently Seasoned to avoid stresses, ensures rigidity and durability. .The road and cross ribs are provided in the pillar for extra sturdiness. .In the steel Body Presses ; The frames are fabricated out of solid steel plates and they are stress relived . .Crankshaft is made of EN-9 (One piece) from forged steel . .All the Bearings surfaces are hand scarped to all finest accuracy .Main drive shaft runs in heavyduty gun metal bushings ensuring smooth running and less wear and tear . .Adjustable stroke can be done easily .Rugged slides. .Double Rolling keys of special steel are provided with presses of 200 Tons and above . .Hand operated oil pump for effective lubrication to all the necessary parts .Accuracy is checked as per BIS Specification
