We produce the industrial / Business Plan for our Clients / Partners. This task includes also all financial support, both debt and equity, which we manage through external specialists like Close-End Private Equity Funds and Investment / Merchant Banks. Differently from traditional Consulting Firms, our "Finished Product" is not a mere project powerpoint presentation, but a comprehensive and holistic Industrial Plan comprising of all elements to develop full sustainability for strategic, financial and operational architecture. Depending from the project complexity, duration and risks, we might also develop an "Advisory for Equity" contract whereby, given some strict partnership rules (like: operational involvment, Exit Strategy) , part of our fee would be paid with company shares.
