  • Automatic Rotary 8 Head Screw Capping Machine for capping the jars with pre-threaded caps to the required torque. .
  • Line output upto 7500 units/hr. .
  • Various safety interlocks such as "No - container - No fill", "No-container-No-cap", machine stops on container surge at discharge etc..
  • Variable output with AC frequency controllers. .
  • Proper synchronization between Filling and Capping machines..
  • Safety enclosure with safety interlocks using "Reed Switches", "Proximity Switches", "Photocell" and other "Sensors". .
  • This machine can be used for filling viscous products like adhesives, balms, creams, lotions, emulsions etc. in bottles / jars.
