The spindle runs in taper roller bearings. .The directions of spindle roation is both clockwise and anticlockwise .Milling arbor is of quality steel steel and is held in the spindle by the draw bar. . The machine is manufactured from close grain cast iron. . Three speed gear box for RU-2 aned RU-3 milling is provided. STANDARD ACCESSORIES : . Suitable 3/440/1440 Ele.motor . DOL Type Strater . V.Belts . Motor pulley . Arbor with support. VERTICAL MILLING MACHINES .The machine are constructed with latest production method and satisfy the highest demands as regard quality. Precision of geometry and function are therefore guaranteed. .The machines have automatic feeding arrangement in longitudinal, cross and vertical direction having selection from different speeds. .The milling spindle is fitted in Two Taper Roller Bearing. The different spindle speeds which are in geometrical progression are obtained by means of sliding gears by which only such gears come into mesh which are necessary for the desired speed. All the gears run in oil-bath, the wear thus being minimized. .The Table has a strong cross section and a coolant groove, fitted with a strainer at the draining point. The table screw has gunmetal nut which also takes the axial load of the screw.
