Forgot your password, choose a new one. To take a new password, simply take the following steps:

1. Click "Lost Password" link below Sign in box at http://www.indianexporters.com/lostpassword.php
2. Enter your Email ID and click on "Send Request"
3. It will give the message "Your password has been e-mailed"
4. Check your Email ID and retrieve your password

To change password, follow below mentioned steps:

1. Sign in
2. Click "Change Password" in "My Account" Section
3. Enter your current password in "Current Password" and then enter and re-enter your new password and click on "Change Password"

It is very much possible to modify your registered information by following below mentioned steps:

1. Sign in
2. Click "Edit Account" in "My Account" Section
3. Change your information
4. After making necessary changes, click on "Update"

There are 2 types of paid membership:

1. Gold member
2. Silver member

Firstly, you need to become a member of www.indianexporters.com. After becoming a member, post your Company profile by clicking on Create Company and entering details like Category, Products/Services we offer, Co. Profile Also post products by clicking under Products and entering details like Products, Category, Keywords. We recommend posting these requirements to attract potential suppliers. To obtain information of products you are interested in buying, follow below mentioned steps:

1. Go to http://www.indianexporters.com
2. Enter product name under Sell offers
3. Click "Search"

You can search for buyers on our site by following below mentioned steps:

1. Go to http://www.indianexporters.com
2. Enter product name under Buy offers
3. Click "Search"
4. Buyers' information will be listed and you can get contact details after signing in with Username and password
5. Click on "Send Enquiry" to interact with the buyer

We do not display our members' email addresses to reduce the risk of members' receiving unwanted messages. You can send your message by clicking on "Send Email" or clicking on "View" followed by "Send Enquiry" and the message will be sent

Creating a Company profile is important to all members. By displaying Company profile to trade partners goes a long in reinforcing companies credibility.
To create a Company profile, follow below mentioned steps:

1. Sign in with Username and password
2. Go to "Company" and click "Create Company"
3. Enter details:
   1. Company Name
   2. Company logo
   3. Business Type
   4. Category
   5. Products/Services we offer
   6. Year Established. Main Market, Number of Employees
   7. Company profile
   8. Quality Certification, CEO/Owner's Name
   9. Enquiry Email
   10. Phone, Fax, Website

After entering above details, click on "Post/Edit Profile". Message displayed will be "Company has been posted"
To make changes in Company profile, Go to "Company" and click "Edit Company". Make necessary changes in the profile and click on "Post/Edit Profile"

To post a product follow below mentioned steps:

1. Sign in with Username and password
2. Go to "Products" and click "Post Product"
3. Enter details:
   1. Choose a category (means your product should appear under which category)
   2. Title of your product to be displayed
   3. Image
   4. Description (in 1000 allowed characters)
   5. Quantity
   6. Keywords (number of keywords vary depending on type of members)
   7. City, Country, Minimum Order, Price, Samples Available
   8. Product Status, Delivery time, Payments mode, Shipping cost

After entering above details, click on "Post Now". Message displayed will be "Your product has been posted"
To make changes in the products, Go to "Products" and click "Manage Product" followed by "Edit". Make necessary changes in the product and click on "Update"
