Fancy Fittings Limited (FFL)

Was incorporated on 6th January 1993 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 and was converted into a public limited company vide special resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 31st January 1995.

An offer for Sale of Shares in the Company was made in November 1995 and pursuant to that the shares of the Company are listed on OTC Exchange of India.

Fancy Fittings Limited started commercial production in May 1994, with its manufacturing facilities located in Daman. The promoters of FFL had originally promoted a partnership firm called M/s. Fancy Fabrics.

The firm had established a very good reputation in the luggage fittings market and the brand â€œffâ€ owned by it enjoyed strong brand equity. The firm had developed only dies and moulds for its products and did not possess any injection moulding capacity.

The Company has been promoted by Mr. Jayant N. Parekh and Mr. Kirit B.Shah. Mr. Jayant N. Parekh, 41, (D.M.E), is an independent Industrialist. He is the key promoter of the Fancy Group who has created and expanded the market for plastic luggage accessories. He has over 18 years of experience in the plastic industry and looks after strategic business development, marketing and finance aspects of the business.
