CC / CV WELDING MACHINE: Salient Features : Technical Specification Optionals : Memco offers MCT series High Efficiency CC?CV Fully Thyristorised full wave control universal multi process Welding Rectifier with Stick / Tig / Mig / Submerged & Gougingl process capabilities. By a simple operation of a Switch CC can be converted to CV operation (CP) Welding current & voltage controlled by Standard/ Remote even during welding (Infinitely) Stick out control facility (Arc condition feed back system). Fresh Tip Treatment control and fresh arc start system. Self hold circuitry with crater control module. Pre flow / post flow of shielding gas with burn back control. Start signal terminals. Stable welding current & voltage against supply voltage fluctuations and protection against single phasing Modular pin socket PCBs. Voltmeter and Ammeter are fitted on the front panel. Indication Lamp to show that the unit is live. Feeder : The feed mechanism is robust, light in weight for easy manoeuvrability maintenance free, and has drive system totally enclosed in alloy steel casing with hardened rollers, with interchangeability to choose different wire diameters, pre-flow and post-flow to eliminate contamination of weld. Thyristorised stepless control with feed back system for constant output speed and quality welding, push buttons for inching and gas checking. Quick release device for easy change over of insulated spool holder.
