Batching Plant- Bucket Elevator
Batching Plant has electronic control panel which can operate in fully automatic mode or semi automatic or manual as per your requirement. You can also select your recipes as per your requirements. The batching plant is provided with electronic digital water meter. The mixer drum has 8 mixing blades so as to ensure a homogenous mix in a very short time. Mixer drum is driven by a gear ring and a pinion which is control by a robust reduction gear box to ensure a continuous and a constant RPM. Batching Plant has 3 no. Radial arms to feed Agg1, Agg2, Sand and Cement Screw Conveyor. The radial arm can feed aggregates from 0 to 50mm size.
Comes in two Types
20 M3/Hr and 30 M3/Hr.

Gamzen Reversible Drum type Batching Plants are available in 20M3/HR & 30M3/HR, capacities. They are most rugged in design, giving good output at continuous rates. The drive mechanism is very simple. It has a drum with gear ring fitted on it which is driven by pinion. Its operation is simple so that the maintenance goes down. The drum is lined internally with wear plates.
