Description

Control Panel : 3.9.1 Main Enclosure: The enclosure & supporting structure will be made from stainless steel conforming to AISI 304. The enclosure will be moisture, dust and vermin proof. 3.9.2 Mimic Diagram: It will show the complete can washing process including can conveying system with LEDS showing the operation of various motors. 3.9.3 Push Buttons And Indicating Lamps: ON/OFF Push buttons for all the motors and six sets as extra. All the push buttons will have indicating lamps and suitable inscriptions. 3.9.4 Wiring : The Control Panel will be completely prewired. The wiring will be done by copper wires and be dressed in accordance with the standard practice. 3.10 Termination Points: A) All utility services such as steam and water will be terminated near the eqpt, with an isolating valve with counter flanges. B) All the electrical cabling from individual motors through SS tray will be terminated and the top of the machine with cable termination Junction box. C) All the instruments such as pressure gauges and temperature indicators-cum-controllers will be terminated on the top of the machine at one corner. D) We will supply SS control panel which will be pre-wired for operating the motors and drive units. E) We have not considered any motor control centre and cable from motor control centre to the individual pumps and drive units and we have also not considered remote control cabling from Motor Control Centre to Remote Control Panel.
