Description

1. The Bottle Sterilizer will be fabricated from MS 8mm Thick and the door flange will be fabricated from 18mm thick. The door assembly will be provided with easy lockable and unlockable center tightening arrangement. The Bottle Sterilizer will be fitted with the following accessories such as: a) Steam Inlet valve GM with SS Operating parts screwed under ¾” B.S.P. 1 No. b) Thermostatic Air vent ½” B.S.P. 1 No. c) Safety valve (spring loaded,(G.M) ½” B.S.P. 1 No. d) Steam/Air release valve ¾” B.S.P. G.M. Valve with MS Operating parts. 1 No. e) Temperature gauge 0 – 1500 C 4” Dia 1 No. f) Pressure gauge 0 - 4 Kg. 4” Dia 1 No. g) Air Purge Valve 1” BSP (GM valve with SS Operating parts) 1 No. The Sterilizer will be cladded with mineral wool and cladded with 26 gauge Aluminum sheet. 2.
