RAHA SPRING UNIT:
This all wire spring unit is constructed of transverse rows made of 2.4 mm High Carbon (HC) wire, 5 turns bonnell type coils, in which all springs are heat-treated. The bonnell springs are held together using 1.4mm H.C. Steel helical spring. Border reinforcement for the unit is provided with 3.65mm H.C. Steel, border wire is fixed to the spring unit using clinching clips. Edges and corners are secured with straight M-Springs and corner M-Springs to prevent edge collapse.
