Description

Dust collection bags are made for different dust collector systems. We make DC bags in Non-woven medias (such as polyester, polypropylene, photopolymer acrylic, Nomex, Ryton & in sizes as per OEMs drawings.) Functionally suitable fabrics for dust collection bags are selected matching to the chemical characteristics of material dust. Porosity of the fabrics is selected on the basis of volume of air, filtering area & fine % of the dust. For hazardous gas filtration & for high temperature special filter media like Ryton is recommended. For Foundries & shot blasting plants we recommend some special type of bags rather than conventional cotton bags
