Available in 10, 50, 100, 150, 200 Kg Capacity. as Per Gmp Standards With Validation Documents FEATURES: Suitable for mixing of dry & wet material All contact parts in stainless steel Paddles so arranged on the shaft to give thorough uniform mixing Tilting arrangement, reversible switch, safety switch to stop the unit if the cover is opened The drive is through a system of suitable gear-box and motor SS-304/316/316 L IN NON-GMP / GMP MODELS. DESCRIPTION: The mixer consists of a mixing drum complete with mixing paddle and sealing arrangement. The drum is mounted on rigid M.S. stand with motor & gear drive coupled to Starter and tilting arrangement with S.S. Cladding. The blades of the paddle are so arranged to obtain thorough Mixing. All contact parts are of S.S.316 Q. The main paddle is fitted through bearing and supported by thrust bearing to bear the rigid & thrust load. OPTIONAL: GMP Construction with SS-304 out side and SS-304 / 316/ .316L contact Parts inside. Process timer with digital control panel. Flame proof fittings and motor with FLP Control Panel.
