Antennas: We manufacture Antennae in the frequency range of M.F., H.F., V.H.F., U.H.F. bands and the antenna supports. Ours is the first company in private sector to start and are pioneers in the field to cater the needs of Defence and Para-military organisations. During the period of more than 3 decades several types of antennae were developed by substituting the products, being imported from outside the country and saved foreign exchange. Pneumatic Telescopic Mast: Tthis is a latest innovation, forming part of an integral communication of systems. These masts are light weight and meant for quick erection, ranging from 5 to 25 meters height. Pneumatic masts are extended by using low pressure air. The air is supplied either from a compressor, in case of smaller masts, from a foot pump. Towers: We have been fabricating and installing 3 types: a)Self supporting tower, b)Trilon guyed towers, c)Monopole Counterpoise : The counterpoise earth system for DVOR is arranged for high accuracy communication at difficult sites since it is immune to many of the siting problems and giving the required tolerances for the signals in space.

Kadevi, the pioneers in indigenous development of antennas for defence oriented communication equipment and accessories. KEC has developed several types of antennas in MF/HF/VHF bands for Defence, based on technical inputs from Defence Electronic Research Laboratories, Hyderabad. We contributed for Import Substitution in a large measure for Defence Services, when foreign exchange crisis was existing in India. We have received certification of appreciation from all 3 Defence services for importance and strategic antenna installation executed by Kadevi under difficult terrain and weather conditions. Our R&D efforts have been recognized by Govt. of India and our lab has been accorded status of “Recognised Lab”. We have also received import substitution awards from Government of India, and Industrial Communities. Antenna mounting systems such as pneumatic telescopic mast is another ingenious product manufactured and marketed for defence and other government and scientific establishments. Pneumatic telescopic masts are fabricated from 3 M to 30 M height for supporting antennas and other accessories and weigh upto about 75 Kgs to withstand wind velocity of 80 – 100 Kmph. Communication towers (self-supporting / guyed) from 6 M to 100 M for AIR / Doordarshan / Pu Sector and Private corporates are produced regularly on turnkey basis from design to installation.
