FBD is mainly used for pharmaceutical applications. We are well known for the excellent quality of FBD bags supplied to major pharmaceuticals companies. We make FBD bags in different media namely, PC satin, polypropylene, polyester & antistatic cloth. We have standardized few selected grades of filetr cloths for making Fluid Bed Dryer bags based on product application % other parameters such as product density, Air to cloth ratio, chemical character pH wise, operating Temperature, anti adhesiveness, porosity, moisture %, drying time, particles emission & static charge. * For anti adhesiveness bags are made out of specially treated fabrics. * For discharge of static charge special antistic fabric woven with metallic yarn is successfully developed and approved for the manufacture of FBD bags.
